Shipping

We are a Bali-based company. Orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via FedEx.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies at check out. Free shipping applies to orders within Indonesia, and free shipping is also available on eligible international orders with a minimum spend.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. After processing, most orders arrive within 3-8 business days, excluding customs clearance.

Shipping to the United States, Australia and neighbouring regions typically takes 3–5 business days. For other international destinations, please allow extra time.

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Please include a contact phone number with your order to ensure the courier can reach you if there are any delivery issues.

Noya Swimwear cannot be held responsible for postage delays outside of our control.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. If an item doesn't fit or you would like a different size or style, you may return your items and receive a gift card for the value of your original purchase, less any incurred fees. You can then use the gift card toward a new order of your choice. Please note that shipping, custom fees, and any additional costs for the new order are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns on sale items. Items discounted at 20% off or more are considered sale items, or items marked as sale.

Returns Process

All return requests must be submitted to Noya Swimwear within 5 business days of delivery.

Please email noyaswimwear@gmail.com with your order number, along with the name and email address used to place the order, and the reason for your return.

Please do not return anything to us unless you have a return approval and instructions on how to return the parcel to us.

International Orders

Please refer to our size guide before placing your order to avoid sizing errors and help prevent additional charges for return shipping and Indonesian custom duties.

Conditions of Return

The returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and liners attached. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear, and be mindful of deodorant, makeup, perfume, or other products that may affect the swimwear when trying it on.

Items must be returned in perfect re-sale condition and must not be worn, damaged, or washed. The original invoice should be included in the package as proof of purchase.

We strictly reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not in this condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the full cost of returning the items, including any duties, customs fees, or Indonesian import taxes.

Noya Swimwear cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage during the return shipment.

Quality Guarantee

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email noyaswimwear@gmail.com, so we can offer a replacement or a complete refund.

Please include your order number, the name and email used for the original order, and a photograph or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Customs & Taxes

Each country has its own regulations regarding the import of products. Noya Swimwear is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international shipments.

We recommend familiarising yourself with your countries import rules, as any necessary payments will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure your order can be released and delivered smoothly.
